Chili Cookoff

...so my wife had me whip up some chili for a cookoff at her office. We chopped and simmered until midnight. Unfortunately I ran out of chipotle peppers. It turned out ok, good enough for second place.

All the proceeds from the cookoff went to cancer research. My efforts earned me a sweet apron and a cool "Finalist" ribbon. Next year we're going for 1st Place
